Our mission is to create brighter futures for young people.

We do this by providing residential care for up to 3 young people in a large three-story home with 4 bedrooms based in Gateshead. The provision of quality accommodation offering comfort, security, and privacy in a person-centred environment where young people can feel safe and cared for.

PACE model

Our aims and objectives are to provide a safe, organic, warm, and nurturing environment with a high standard of care and accommodation for young people. Ensuring excellent delivery of care.

Many of the young people in our care have developmental trauma and as such, our ethos encompasses providing therapeutic care based on the PACE model of therapy as we understand the importance of being empathic.

Step-Down Plan

Young people placed with us will be able to continue to develop into adult life and progress through our Step-Down Plan to either semi-independence or return to their family. Our aim is to help young people to achieve outcomes equivalent to their peers who are not looked after children.

We are committed to creating environments where young people can have their emotional, educational, health and care needs met by experienced and informed staff. We believe that we can improve outcomes when we connect to young people’s history, journey, and their story, thus, we create an environment that unconditionally supports healing and growth.
